By using bookshotgun.com or submitting an application, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Shotgun is launching this year. Today the site is a waitlist and application — a way to express interest ahead of launch in a community for car enthusiasts.

No rides are currently offered, sold, or bookable through this site. Submitting an application doesn't create any obligation on our part and doesn't guarantee you a spot, a match, or any ride. Dates like "first rides this year" are aspirational, not promises.

You must be at least 18 years old to join the list or apply, and the information you give us must be accurate and your own.

You keep ownership of what you submit (your details, photos, and answers). You give us permission to use that information to operate the waitlist, review applications, and match the community.

Please don't submit other people's personal information without their okay, and don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.

We don't collect or process any payment for rides through this site. Anything we ask about what feels fair or what a ride is worth is to understand interest — not a charge. If and when a paid service launches, it will have its own clear terms.

Use the site lawfully and in good faith. Don't:

• Impersonate anyone or submit false information.
• Scrape, copy, or misuse the site or its content.
• Interfere with the site's operation or security.
• Use it for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.

The Shotgun name, logo, copy, and design are ours. Please don't use them without permission.

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Shotgun and its team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us to use it — which, right now, is nothing.

We may update these terms as Shotgun grows; we'll change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be handled in the courts located in California.
